Rise Projects combined two commercial office floors, totaling over 22,000 square feet, physically and stylistically through a design of a new feature stair, new finishes and lighting. We met this financial company’s programmatic needs for new offices, conference rooms, open work areas, trading spaces, and cafeteria. New work stations were selected according to both strict ergonomic and technological standards. We coordinated the schedule carefully to ensure that the client could continually occupy one of the floors so that their business would not be interrupted.
