This renovation, in the sought after neighborhood of Tribeca, is for a young couple and their growing family. One section of an expansive apartment was reconfigured to fit a two-bedroom, two-bath suite and a play Den. The overall design, in collaboration with Valerie Pena Studio and the contractor Dutchman Contracting, matches the apartment’s modern and calm aesthetic.
