The Saltaire Yacht Club is a cornerstone building in the Village of Saltaire, both physically and socially. The original structure was steeped in history and holds memories for many residents. This project updated and expanded the facility while preserving the character of the original space. When longtime residents first visit the project, they feel that the club building had been restored to its glory, and miraculously made larger and more modern. The building was also raised to meet resiliency standards and the building was brought up to code.
