This project for the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) included new offices, renovated dressing rooms, a shroud for the HVAC, and replacing the stage floor of the opera house. The BAM project demonstrates Rise’s experience working with creative, non-profit institutions, assessing programmatic needs and coordinating multiple disciplines. We assembled a team of the best qualified consultants to address a wide range of technical issues. This project also demonstrates the firm’s skill in evaluating intricate programming and growth scenarios while balancing delicate inter-departmental and personnel priorities.
