This complete apartment renovation created a warm modern look that is homey and inviting. The neutral wall palette is anchored by warmer tones for the floor. The new plan positions the open public space at the south so it is flooded with natural light. The double sided fireplace, added by the Rise team, becomes the main focal point. The Calacatta marble appears to hover above the chimney breast, using this heavy material in a surprising way. The golden hues of the stone compliment the warm earth tones of the herringbone wide plank wood floor.  The private areas are cordoned off, providing a calm and quiet zone for children to sleep while entertaining happens on the other side.
